19 Sep Membership Update

The Membership Committee will hold a Welcome Breakfast for new members of the last few years on Tuesday, October 27, from 9:30 to 11 a.m., at the Williamson County Public Library, 1314 Columbia Avenue, Franklin, TN 37064.

Members who joined CVQA in 2024, 2025, and 2026; Board members; and Committee chairs all will receive an invitation by email soon.

We are looking forward to this get together! It will be a time for our newest members to get to know some of the Board and Committee members, learn more about the guild, and ask any questions you may have. We also will have a little fun!

Now that our online registration is working well, the Membership Committee has found that some new members have not yet received their welcome gifts of a CVQA name badge to complete and a fat quarter. If you have not received these items, please see Peggy Bowker or Kay Fisher at the membership sign-in table at our October 6 meeting. If you are looking for new friends or old chums, this is the place to do it!

Be sure and check out the new committee sign-up sheets at the membership table. The committees are lots of fun and so important for helping our guild run smoothly. No matter what your circumstances, we can help find you a place that fits your needs and skills. You are important to us, and we want you to be an active part of our guild community.

See you in October!
