We have a special sale planned for our May 6th meeting! Bring any sewing-related items you would like to donate to the guild for our sale. We have stickers to put on your items if you haven’t already marked them, but ALL donated items need to be marked with even dollars, no change. The CVQA library books also will be available for purchase at the low, low price of two books for $5!

Following our guest speaker, guild members will have time to shop these Fantastic Finds and purchase whatever their heart desires. All proceeds from this event will go to CVQA. Read the guidelines below to answer your questions about the sale.

Fantastic Finds Guidelines:

1. Cash or check ONLY (no credit cards). There will be one table to pay for all items, but we need you to bring appropriate bills to help with making change if you will be paying with cash.

2. Do not bring anything to “donate” that you want to take back home with you. Everything you bring is considered a DONATION to the guild and unsold items will be given to guild committees, Graceworks or Goodwill.

3. Bring sewing-related items ONLY.

4. This is a FUNDRAISER for the guild – no personal sales. It’s our first fundraiser for the year and we need your help to make it successful.

5. Please mark each item with pricing prior to the meeting and bring them early (9 a.m.) so we can have everything set up on time.

6. Volunteers are needed to help set up and tear down tables, weigh fabric, work short shifts at the tables, etc. Text Marie Gallagher at 615-364-1250 if you would like to volunteer to help.
