26 Jul Williamson County Fair Opens August 1

We had an excellent response to last month’s plea for volunteers to help “man” the Quilt exhibit at the Williamson County Fair! Thanks to everyone who responded. That said, we still need some help in the evenings with volunteers to demonstrate our craft – you can sit and sew, bind, or whatever suits your fancy. Contact Valerie Curtis if you can help. We still need volunteers every night (August 1-9) EXCEPT Wednesday, August 6.

BUT if you can’t volunteer, bring your friends to see the quilts on display and buy a ticket for the CVQA raffle quilt, pictured below.

The fair will be held August 1-9 at the Agricultural EXPO Park in Franklin. The fair is open from 6-10 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10-10 Saturday, and 12-10 Sunday. Details are at https://www.williamsoncountyfair.org.
