July 1 is Craft Day!

Our next meeting is July 1 at the Williamson County Public Library at 1314 Columbia Ave. in Franklin. If you signed up to participate in Craft Day on July 1st, you should have received an email from Michelle Braisted restating what supplies you need and what supplies are provided. If you did not receive an email, please contact Michelle. If you still want to sign up and attend, please contact Michelle Braisted ASAP – we don’t want to run out of supplies! Michelle’s contact information is in the directory that was sent out in June.

If you are demonstrating a craft, you can begin setting up at 9 a.m. If you are making a craft, please arrive no earlier than 9:30 a.m. and leave when you are finished. And yes – you can sign up for more than one craft! If you don’t want to craft, you are welcome to drop by and see what everyone is doing. Clean up will begin no later than 3:30 p.m.

As you know, we have an AMAZING guild, and nine of our members have volunteered to teach their crafts to you. Here is a preview:

  • Mickey Wilhoite – Felt Ornaments.
Mickey has kits prepared. You need to bring thread, embroidery needles, thimble, scissors and any embellishments you desire.
  • Lynn Rinehart – Folded Scandinavian Star Ornament.
Bring four coordinating strips of fabric 4” x 14” to make one star.
  • Emily Collins – Ornaments.
