Get ready! The Williamson County Fair will be held August 7-15 at the Agricultural EXPO Park in Franklin and we need volunteers to “man” the quilt exhibit. As she has done for many years, Connie Little is in charge of the exhibit and Valerie Curtis is managing CVQA volunteers. The fair is open from 6-10 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10-10 Saturday, and 12-10 Sunday. I hope the program at the June meeting was good for everybody. Thank you all for the kind words and surprises. I was a nervous wreck, but I thought Maureen (Prester-Henry) did a great job with her presentations to Eli and David.
